I have started this blog to help me on my journey to become the most badass girl I know. I want to be able to show people you can lose weight the right way, and hopefully inspire others to do the same. I want to be strong and healthy, toned and fit.
I am doing this because I want to feel better inside and out. I want to be more confident and secure. On my journey I am going to learn to love myself and be thankful for the body I was given but also make it the best it can be.
When I first started on my quest to lose weight, I had many misconceptions and thought that getting as skinny as possible was the way to go, but I was wrong. There is so much more science to losing weight, and really, it's not about being skinny but burning fat. In my blog I have a page with many REAL facts on weight loss and tips about how to achieve your goal.
I'm 5'3 and 26 years old.
My Starting weight was 165
My Current weight is 132.
My Goal weight is 120 or Toned and Fit.
